Ragland seems like a true tweener to me


He isn't a big 220 and lacks elite athleticism so I question if he can grow into a heavyweight. I think he might be better off getting a bit leaner and going 197. I think Borst to heavyweight could be a permanent move. Smeltzer could possibly bulk up next year to 197 and compete with Howard and Ragland. I think it's smart stacking 197 with under the radar talent in hopes that one of them emerges. Howard because of his ranking would be the front runner on paper, but a bulked up Smeltzer and a lean Ragland will be quite the competition.
